Yes there is seperate form - only because its not part of the competition and just to let us know that you're sending something in. Just e-mail admin@lochlomondquiltshow.com as we'll get one out to you. It also tells you of the risks re hanging work outside, weather etc. Its a fun exhibition to be part of - last year several groups of children were going around as we were putting the exhibition up and their reactions were wonderful.
